Terms of service

Last updated: 9 August 2026

The agreement between Bridzia Sdn Bhd and the business using StyleProfile: what the service does, what it costs, what you may and may not do with it, and who carries which risk. Written to be read.

1. These terms

These terms of service form a binding agreement between Bridzia Sdn Bhd (registration 201201018441 / 1003954V, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia), trading as StyleProfile, and the business using the service. “We” means Bridzia Sdn Bhd; “you” means that business. By creating an account, installing the widget or using the service you accept these terms on behalf of your business and confirm you are authorised to do so.

Our privacy policy and cookie policy form part of this agreement. A signed agreement or order form with us takes precedence over these terms wherever the two conflict.

2. The service

StyleProfile is software as a service. It renders garments from your product catalogue onto a photograph a shopper uploads, so the shopper sees a full outfit before ordering. It is delivered as a widget you embed in your store, with a dashboard and, on the plans that include it, API access. The features available to you depend on your plan, as published on our pricing page.

3. Accounts and eligibility

StyleProfile is for business use. You must be a business, or acting for one, and able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping credentials secure, and for everything done under your account by anyone you give access to. Tell us at legal@styleprofile.io if you believe an account has been compromised.

4. Fees and billing

Our prices are published, not quoted:

Published plans

Starter
$49 a month, 250 try-ons included, then $0.20 each.
Growth
$149 a month ($127 annual), 1,000 try-ons included, then $0.16 each.
Scale
$399 a month ($339 annual), 3,000 try-ons included, then $0.13 each.
Enterprise
Custom base fee and volume agreed in writing, then $0.09 each, on an annual contract.

A payment card is required at signup. There is no free trial, and billing begins on the plan you choose. Before paying you can run the live demo and book a walkthrough.

The monthly base fee is charged in advance at the start of each billing period. Try-ons beyond your included volume are charged in arrears on the following invoice at your plan’s published rate. Nothing throttles when you pass the included volume, and you are never moved to a more expensive plan automatically. Annual billing takes 15% off Growth and Scale and is charged once for the year; Starter is monthly only; Enterprise runs on an annual contract with custom terms.

Prices are in US dollars and exclusive of taxes, which we add where required. If a payment fails we retry and notify you, and we may suspend access if an invoice stays unpaid after reasonable notice.

5. Cancellation and plan changes

You can cancel from your account at any time. There is no long-term contract on Starter, Growth or Scale, and cancelling stops billing at the end of the current period. You keep access until that period ends. We do not refund the unused part of a period unless the law requires it. Enterprise agreements are cancelled per that contract.

Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated for the rest of the period. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period, so you keep what you have paid for.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use StyleProfile to do any of the following:

  • List or promote goods you cannot lawfully sell, including counterfeits and items restricted in the markets you sell into.
  • Upload imagery or brand assets you do not hold the rights to, or content that infringes anyone’s intellectual property or publicity rights.
  • Upload an image of a person without their knowledge and agreement, or produce sexualised, degrading or otherwise harmful depictions of anyone. Content involving minors in any such context is prohibited absolutely.
  • Attempt to identify or re-identify a shopper from a render or an analytics export.
  • Reverse engineer the service, scrape it, resell or sublicense access, circumvent rate limits, or use its outputs to train a competing model.
  • Interfere with the service’s security, or degrade it for other customers.

We may suspend an account that breaches this section, and we will tell you why. Where the breach is serious or unlawful, suspension may be immediate.

7. Your content and licences

Your catalogue stays yours. You keep all intellectual property rights in the product images, descriptions, brand assets and other content you connect. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, process, adapt and display that content solely to operate the service for you, including generating renders, for as long as your account is open. The licence ends when the account closes and the content is deleted.

Shopper photographs are processed as described in our privacy policy. As controller of shopper data, you are responsible for giving shoppers the notices and obtaining the permissions your jurisdiction requires before they upload an image.

8. Renders and fit accuracy

Renders generated by the service are provided to you for your commerce use: your product pages, cart, transactional messages and your own marketing of the products depicted.

Try-on is a visualisation aid, not a measurement. Renders are generated approximations, and any sizing suggestion is an estimate. We do not warrant that a render shows exactly how a garment will fit, drape or match in colour in person, and it must not be presented to shoppers as a guarantee of fit. Your size charts, product descriptions and returns policy remain yours to stand behind.

9. Availability and support

We use commercially reasonable efforts to keep the service available and planned maintenance short and announced. Self-serve plans carry no uptime service level; Enterprise agreements can, where written into the contract.

Support runs at the level published for your plan on the pricing page: email on Starter, priority email and chat on Growth, priority plus dedicated onboarding on Scale, and a dedicated customer success manager with an agreed service level on Enterprise.

10. Our intellectual property

We keep all rights in the StyleProfile software, models, documentation, brand and marks. These terms grant you a right to use the service during your subscription and nothing more. Feedback may be used to improve the product without obligation or payment, which never gives us rights in your catalogue or brand.

11. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every garment will render to your expectations: output depends heavily on the source imagery you supply. We are not responsible for third-party platforms, including your ecommerce platform, or for changes they make that affect the integration.

12. Limitation of liability

Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, anticipated savings, goodwill or data, however caused.

Our total aggregate liability under this agreement is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

13. Termination

You may cancel at any time as set out in section 5. We may suspend or terminate for material breach not remedied within 14 days of notice, for non-payment after reasonable notice, or immediately where use is unlawful or puts other customers at risk.

On termination your access ends and your catalogue data and renders are deleted per the retention schedule in the privacy policy. Export what you need before the account closes; ask and we will help. Sections that should survive termination do, including sections 10 to 12 and 15.

14. Changes

The service improves continuously and features may change. We will not remove a material feature from a plan you are paying for without telling you first.

We may change these terms or our prices. Material changes come with at least 30 days’ notice by email and take effect at your next billing period, never mid-period. If you do not accept a change, cancel before it takes effect. Rates agreed under the founding retailer program are honoured per that program’s terms.

15. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from it. Before starting proceedings, both parties agree to raise the issue in writing and try to resolve it. Mandatory statutory rights in your own country are unaffected.
