Overages

What happens past your included volume

Extra try-ons are billed at your plan’s rate on the same invoice. Nothing switches off, nothing throttles, and you are never moved to a bigger plan without asking.

If your volume settles above your plan for a few months, moving up is usually cheaper than paying overage — we will tell you when that is true rather than waiting for you to notice.

A fitting room on every product page

Every plan runs the same engine: full-outfit renders, the size recommendation beside them, and the widget live on the product pages you choose. Plans differ by monthly try-on volume, not by how good the renders are.

FAQ

Billing questions

Extra try-ons appear on the same monthly invoice at your plan’s rate: $0.20 on Starter, $0.16 on Growth, $0.13 on Scale and $0.09 on Enterprise. Nothing throttles when you pass the included volume, and you are never auto-upgraded to a more expensive plan.

Yes, in both directions. An upgrade takes effect immediately and is prorated for the rest of the period. A downgrade takes effect at the start of your next billing period, so you keep what you have already paid for.

Cancel from your account at any time. There is no long-term contract on Starter, Growth or Scale, and cancelling stops billing at the end of the current period. Enterprise agreements follow the terms written into that contract.

No. Signup takes a card and billing starts on the plan you pick. What you can do before paying is run the live demo in your browser — it is the real render engine, not a video — and book a walkthrough on your own products.

One rendered image is one try-on. A shopper who assembles an outfit from four garments and renders it once has used one try-on; swapping a piece and re-rendering uses another. Opening the widget, browsing it, or re-viewing a render they already generated does not count.

Annual billing takes 15% off Growth and Scale — $127 a month on Growth and $339 a month on Scale, charged once for the year. Starter is monthly only. Enterprise runs on an annual contract with custom terms.
